Mechas can be obtained by upgrading GameHub controllers and reaching level 10

Playera can upgrade their controllers by levelling.

Once a player's controller reaches level 10, they will have the option to upgrade the controller into a Mecha. The Mecha will come with its own layer of benefits, that are currently a trade secret for level 10 users.
